Membership Agreement/Terms of Service

The makers and publishers of The Ultimate Gifting System and the accompanying materials have used their best efforts in preparing The Ultimate Gifting System. Every effort has been made to accurately represent this program and it's potential. Even though this system is one of the few where one can write their own check in terms of earnings, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques. We do not purport this as a "get rich scheme." Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in The Ultimate Gifting System, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.

Conditions, Policies & Affidavit Of Knowing Agreement

You ("You" or "Member") must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") before joining The Ultimate Gifting System. The Ultimate Gifting System.com, ("The Ultimate Gifting System" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

A1.) Memberships Requirements: Registration is free. To maintain a membership, you must meet the following requirements.

A3.) Provide Accurate Information: Valid information must be provided. You must provide your valid email,address and phone number upon sign up. We reserve the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by The Ultimate Gifting System. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. Your downline must be able to communicate with you as their mentor.

A4.) Enrollment: To the full extent allowed by applicable law, The Ultimate Gifting System at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership. You agree to annual membership fee of $100.00 There are no monthly fees at The Ultimate Gifting System

A5.) Accounts Are Non-Transferable: You yourself must accrue earnings under your own account.

A6.) Termination And Cancellation: The Ultimate Gifting System at it's sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for (a) any violation of any provision of this Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of The Ultimate Gifting System Service online or offline; (c) acting against the interests or reputation of The Ultimate Gifting System; (d) otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to The Ultimate Gifting System, The Ultimate Gifting System website or The Ultimate Gifting System Service; (e) breach of our Spamming Policy.

A7.) Member Etiquette: Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of The Ultimate Gifting System. Violation by member will result in termination of membership, loss of any accrued profits, and bar from future participation with the program. Any decision made by The Ultimate Gifting System relating to termination of membership in cases of suspected abuse or violation of its rules shall be final and binding.

B1.) Earnings Disclaimer: The Ultimate Gifting System does not warranty, guarantee, or insure income potential. All cash received is dependent on the effort you make to send others to your website.

B2.) 2-Up Plan: You agree that your 2nd and 4th sales will be passed up to your qualifying sponsor. You will receive cash amounts commensorate to the level you are currently enrolled in and only amounts up to that level. You can upgrade to a higher level at anytime.

B3.) Refunds: All membership fees and admin fees are final. By joining you agree that once a cash gift is made, there is no refund from another member. Members are under no obligation to refund any cash. You agree that this is a gift that you give freely and without reservation. Any arbitration of money sent or received cannot be mediated by The Ultimate Gifting System.
